Upper Body Exercises
Sitting or standing with proper posture (chin tucked and ears over the shoulders) and look over your shoulder (left as shown) then look down toward the floor. Depress (push down) the right shoulder to stretch your right upper back, shoulder and neck.
If this isn’t enough of a stretch, then, using the arm you’re looking at (left arm), gently pull the base of your skull forward and down. Hold the stretch for 10 seconds and repeat 5 times. Switch sides. This should be repeated 5 times throughout the day unt
